Sunny skies and pleasant weather for the Carolinas today

In the low 80s by Sunday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

Today

Skies will be sunny with highs reaching into the low 70s. This will be a delightful day and winds will even lighter than Thursday! Look for a clear sky overnight and a low in the mid 40s.

This Weekend

Saturday will be mostly sunny and even warmer with highs in the mid 70s. Skies will be clear Saturday night with lows in the mid 50s.

Sunday the unseasonably warm weather continues with a high around 82°.  Overnight, skies will be mostly cloudy with temperatures only falling into the low 60s.

Next Week

The unseasonably warm  weather continues Monday and Tuesday with highs both days around 80 degrees.  Look for a chance of rain Tuesday afternoon and evening. Wednesday will be cooler, with highs in the upper 60s.  There's also a chance of showers Wednesday morning.

The pollen count will steadily increase heading into this weekend and early next week.
