Above average highs again today

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

Today

It's sunny skies across the area today, with above average highs again today.  Look for afternoon temperatures in the mid 80s with light winds.  Skies will be clear tonight with lows in the low 60s.

Wednesday- Thursday

Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast both days with high temperatures in the mid to upper 80s.  The average high is 81 degrees this time of the year.  Overnight, temperatures will be in the mid 60s.

Friday

Skies will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid 80s on Friday. There's a chance of showers and a few thunderstorms in the  afternoon and evening.  Temperatures will fall into the mid 60s overnight.
