CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
Today
Look for a day with filled with fair weather cumulus clouds (which are popular in a favorite cartoon). Feeling bearable humidity wise and highs will be right around 80 degrees. Winds barely blowing as well. This is one of the best days this week, so enjoy it. This evening, those cartoon like clouds decrease and we will have a clear and calm night. Lows dropping into the upper 50s (this will be the coolest morning of the week).
Tuesday
There should be less clouds tomorrow under mostly sunny skies. Highs will be a tad warmer in the mid 80s and it will 'technically' be a tad more humid but it is not totally noticeable.
Wednesday- Thursday
Warmer temperatures are in the forecast for Wednesday and Thursday. Highs on both days will be in the mid to upper 80s under mostly sunny skies. Lows will be in the low 60s Wednesday morning and the mid 60s Thursday morning. Wednesday will be dry with another chance for a pop up thunderstorm in High Country. Thursday however, looks to break Charlotte's dry stretch with a chance for thunderstorms to end the day.
Friday
Skies will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid 80s on Friday. There's a chance of showers and a few thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will fall into the mid 60s overnight.
