WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WFMY) - A Silver Alert was issued for a 16-year-old from Winston-Salem Saturday night.
Skyler Dawn McDowell was last seen at Glenn High School Friday morning according to Winston-Salem police. She was wearing a blue sweatshirt, jeans, black high-top converse shoes and carrying a large black pocketbook at the time.
McDowell suffers from a cognitive impairment.
