CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital Friday evening after being hit by a car.
It happened at the height of rush hour on the ramp from N. Tryon St. to I-85 southbound.
MEDIC said the victim had life-threatening injuries. As of 10:30 p.m., no charges had been filed against the driver.
